PURCHASES
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our
store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the
shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click
on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that
we need to be able to complete the order. or telephone your
order through to us.
PAYMENTS
You can make your payment by credit or debit card. We accept
Visa and Mastercard and most UK bank debit cards.
We may not be able to accept your order, or part of your
order, due to one of the following reasons:
1. Authorisation of your payment failed.
2. We made a pricing or product description error.
3. Item or items are out of stock or discontinued.
ORDERS
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate
that we have received your order. It does not indicate that
a contract exists between us. Sometimes with payment systems
there are price discrepancies or mistakes or the system has
failed or a mistake in the input of numerals on to a system.
We will indicate acceptance of your order when we call you
by phone to confirm your order with you. We have included
this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been
made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods,
or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for
some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will
always contact you before delivery to ensure that the price
is acceptable, If it is not we will cancel the order.
If there are any problems with an order, you'll be contacted
by email or telephone to inform you of the problem.
TAX CHARGES
The prices shown on this site
include VAT at 17.5%.
BACK ORDERS
If
your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You
will always be emailed or called by telephone with the
option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
DELIVERIES
PLEASE
NOTE: FOR ALL DELIVERIES THERE MUST BE AN ABLE-BODIED
PERSON ON SITE TO ASSIST THE DRIVER WITH THE WORKTOPS ON THE
DELIVERY DAY. WE CANNOT GIVE A SPECIFIC TIME OF DAY. THE
DRIVERS OPERATE BETWEEN 7AM TO 6PM.
Delivery is normally 2 - 10
working days on all products, Monday – Friday between 7am
and 6pm
If there is likely to be problems with access please inform
us by telephone at the time of order as your goods will most
likely be delivered using an articulated vehicle.
We will call and advise you the date of delivery shortly
after your order, normally the next working day. The driver
will try to call you on the date given about 30 minutes
before delivery. However, depending on mobile signal in some
areas this may not be possible.
A responsible person will be
required to sign for and inspect the goods on arrival. Goods
will not be left without a signature. If goods are signed
for as "unchecked" no claim can be entered into.
ACCESS FOR DELIVERY LORRIES
Delivery shall take place
kerbside at the address supplied by the customer. It is the
responsibility of the customer to assist in unloading the
goods at the point of delivery and accommodate the goods in
to the address by way of two able-bodied assistants.
Deliveries are mostly transported on an articulated lorry.
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us if
there is inadequate turning, If we find that we cannot gain
access to the delivery address or park within a safe and
practical distance, a failed delivery charge will be applied
to the customer.
FAILED DELIVERY
If a delivery is made to an
address and no one is available to accept delivery, we
reserve the right to charge for any incurred additional
delivery charges either to the delivery address or back to
the warehouse for restock. Charges are £49 for redelivery
and 25% of the value of goods to restock.
DELIVERY PRICES
All prices include VAT -
delivery is charged at £29.00 per complete order for
worktops or accessories.
Please note that a £15 surcharge applies to single length or
single item orders.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY FOR WORKTOPS
Next day delivery for
worktops only applies if these 3 things are true, 1.The
order is placed before 11am by telephone, 2. We have the
stock, 3. The driver is in your area the next day.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order or part
order you must contact us in writing or telephone with your
order reference number, which must reach us 24hrs before
your delivery date, orders are sometimes processed
immediately after they've been placed so we may have
already made arrangements for it to be sent when you cancel
it. If this is the case then we can't always stop the order
from being despatched, despatched meaning already loaded on
to the lorry in an allocated place to coincide with the
route planned for the next day of deliveries, Please note if
this is the case there will be a re stock handling fee of
25% of the value of the returned goods or handling the goods
back to stock.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY AND PRIVACY REPORT
When the order is placed on
our website through our shopping cart the payment section is
handled by Sagepay which uses encryption. We do not hold or
save credit card numbers or any other financial data in our
system s– each transaction requires the entry of a valid
credit card number before it is processed. No data is
transmitted in clear text between any web site during the
payment process.
the card is then authorized, we have to process the order
before we can claim the payment.
This website does collects personal information about you
when you register an account.
We ask you for details about yourself because we want to
ensure that we give you a service of the highest standards.
The information you give us is not traded or sold on to
other companies.
We take customer privacy seriously and DO NOT share customer
information.
This site does NOT store credit card information.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:
Contact us within 7 days of receipt if your product is
faulty by phone or email.
We will replace any item with a manufacturer fault within
the guarantee at no cost to the buyer. please note we cannot
issue an exchange or refund until we have recieved the goods
back and inspected them.
If you have changed your mind and want to cancel the order
for any reason there will be a will be a re stock handling
fee of 25% of the value of returned goods, If collected by
us there will be a further handling fee of £49.00, Or if
you prefer to use your own carrier call us for information
were to ship back the item, The returned product must be in
the original packaging and all parts accounted for before we
issue a refund. PLEASE NOTE: If the product has been opened
we cannot refund the items.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have over ordered we cannot refund the
items.
